A New Year, A New You – The hCG Diet

With the start of every New Year, people all over the world vow to get healthy and lose weight. With motivation in check, thousands of Americans sign up for gym memberships, read up on the newest diet, maybe you even purchase a new blender for spinach and kale smoothies.
